My name is Madeline Kay Potts and I'm currently working at The Walt Disney Company, "Mouse House" for short. I am New York City based with my elderly ginger cat named Finnigan, he appreciates the pigeons more than the pizza.

 

My career has had a lot of twists and turns so far but like any great puzzle, it's all fitting together. I'm the sort of person who will fall down a rabbit hole on everything from the history of Spirk to the geopolitical climate of the Middle East. I'm also deeply passionate about fans and television, if you give me the chance I'll talk your ear off about my current favorite show (it's Star Trek: Strange New Worlds). I'm sure you're getting the picture of how these two things fit together, I want to work in television research.

• I attended the University of Nevada and earned a degree in Journalism with a minor in photography

• I'm trained in Adobe, Hootsuite, Netbase, Google Analytics, ListenFirst, SQL, and Nielson.

• I am an alumna of the Disney College and Intern program, PRSSA, ODK, and DECA.

• I spent my college years working as a freelance journalist and have attended SDCC 8 times, 4 of those as a member of the press.
